Eligibility for Disability Benefit. A Participant shall be eligible to receive a Disability Benefit under this Plan if he/she meets the following requirements:
Eligibility for Disability Benefit. If while an Active Participant, Executive becomes Disabled prior to attaining age 62, Executive shall be eligible to begin receiving a Disability Benefit. The Disability Benefit shall cease on the earlier of: (1) the first day of the calendar month following the Executive's attainment of age 62; (at which time a Retirement Benefit may be payable under Article III), (2) the date on which the Committee determines that the Executive is no longer Disabled; or (3) the date of the Executive's death (in which case a Death Benefit may be payable under Article IV).
