Eligibility for extra 3rd or 4th week of vacation. For those employees covered under Section B above and who are eligible for their 3rd or 4th week of vacation, the additional five (5) days will be granted on their specific anniversary date of employment. Effective with the vacation year (September 1) following their anniversary of the 3rd and 4th week of vacation, the employee will be granted vacation in accordance with the appropriate schedule.
