Common use of Eligibility for Participation in the Career Incentive Program Clause in Contracts

Eligibility for Participation in the Career Incentive Program. All Badge personnel from Correctional Officer through Lieutenant are eligible to participate in the Program. Participation in the CIP will be on a yearly basis for those personnel who possess a P.O.S.T. Basic Certificate or County equivalent certificate. For those personnel possessing a P.O.S.T. Intermediate or Advanced Certificate, or County equivalent certificate, participation will be on a three-year basis.
