Eligibility for Participation in the Plan. Seniority employees hired, prior to January 2012, shall not be eligible to participate in this plan until September 1st of the year following the employee’s attainment of four (4) years of seniority. Employees hired after January 1, 2012 will not be eligible to participate in the Guaranteed Wage Plan.
