Eligibility for Program. To be eligible for services under this contract, an individual must meet the following criteria:
Eligibility for Program. The program is available to all probationary and permanent employees, contract employees, interns, as well as all other employees with six months continuous service, and their immediate family members and retirees within all provincial government departments, agencies and commissions and the regional education and health boards.
Eligibility for Program. 14.2.1. A voluntary donation of leave from one employee to another may be permitted for the purpose of providing a full time, regular employee with paid sick leave time for the care of themselves, or an immediate family member, who is experiencing a serious health condition as determined by a physician or other qualified health care provider.
