Eligibility for Supplemental Benefits. An eligible person who retires and begins receiving benefits from the Firefighters' Retirement System shall be entitled to receive monthly supplemental income payments based on the value of his/her supplemental benefit account, upon filing an application with the Plan Administrator, as provided in paragraphs C through H below.
