Supplemental Retirement Benefits definition

Supplemental Retirement Benefits means retirement benefits payable to Retired Participant under the terms of the Plan calculated as set forth in Section 5 or Section 7.
Supplemental Retirement Benefits is hereby deleted from the Employment Agreement and the following paragraph enumerated as 3.6.3 and entitled "Supplemental Retirement Benefits" is deemed substituted and incorporated into the Employment Agreement as if originally and fully set forth in its place and stead:
