Supplemental Benefits definition

Supplemental Benefits means benefits payable under this Plan as determined in accordance with Section 3.
Supplemental Benefits means payments made by the State Department of Social Services to provide services, including medical subsidies for payment for treatment pursuant to Section 63‑9‑1780, for children who without these services may not have been adopted.
Supplemental Benefits means the benefits that are funded with supplemental HEAP funds (beyond the original grant award).

Examples of Supplemental Benefits in a sentence

  • Supplemental Benefits shall be paid for each hour worked, up to forty (40) hours per week for the period of May 1st to November 15th or up to fifty (50) hours per week for the period of November 16th to April 30th.

More Definitions of Supplemental Benefits

Supplemental Benefits means the benefits under this Plan.
Supplemental Benefits means, with respect to a Participant, the benefits under his or her Supplemental Account.

Supplemental Benefits means the cost to the Contractor (and its subcontractors) of all remuneration for employment provided to employees in any medium other than cash, but including payments which are not Wages within the meaning of this numbered clause, including, but not limited to: fair and reasonable vacation allowances, sick leave, holiday, jury duty, birthday, medical checkup, welfare, retirement and non-occupational disability benefits, health, life, accident, or other such types of insurance. Any reimbursements to employees for expenses, and payroll taxes, employee incentive plans and any other benefits required by law are not includable as supplemental benefits. Without limiting the foregoing, under no circumstances shall the cost of providing uniforms or footwear, cleaning of uniforms, training and transportation to and from
Supplemental Benefits means those Medically Necessary vision, chiropractic, and other services described in the Supplemental Benefits brochures contained in Attachment C, if applicable, as amended from time to time. Required benefits for pediatric vision care, consistent with benefits described in Section 1367.005 of the California Health and Safety Code, are not considered Supplemental Benefits.
Supplemental Benefits are benefits offered to enhance the basic benefit provided by Blue Shield in the Member’s county of residence. Additional premiums (beyond the base plan premium, if applicable) are collected from Members and employer groups for such benefits. Group shall have no financial responsibility for the administration and/or delivery of such benefits.
Supplemental Benefits means the retirement benefit which the Participant has earned under Subsection 2.2.
