Eligibility for Tenure Track. A. FTIs are established as non-tenure track positions and are not eligible for tenure. However, if an FTI meets the criteria for the rank of Assistant Professor (as identified in Article 11), the FTI may apply and be considered for an announced tenure-track (TT) vacancy in accordance with the University’s faculty employment procedures.
