Eligibility Lists. A. All Promotional Lists shall stay in effect for a two (2) year period unless all individuals on the list have been certified for promotion. If all individuals have been certified for promotion, or have turned down the promotion, the promotional list is exhausted. If the promotional list is exhausted, the bibliography for the promotional examination shall be published no later than thirty (30) days after the exhaustion of the current promotional list.
