Eligibility of Benefits. All new employees hired after the effective date of this Agreement will begin receiving benefits on the nearest eligibility date following the completion of ninety (90) days of employment from the date of hire. Employees who work twenty (20) hours per week but less than thirty-five (35) hours per week shall be eligible to receive pro-rated paid leave time and insurance coverage, sixty (60%) percent of which shall be paid for by the Employer provided the employee elects full coverage.
