As part of the Profile creation process, you will be required to agree to this Agreement (and such other documents as may be nominated by us from time to time). You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to access or use our Services as a Sender. We are licensed as a payment institution in Ireland with the Central Bank of Ireland. You must be based and resident in Belgium to use the Services provided by us under the terms of this Agreement. If you are a resident of another region, you may access the agreement that applies to you from the website for our Services in your country or region.
