ELIGIBILITY STANDARDS. Eligibility for family and medical leave shall be certified by the Employer. Employee eligibility standards for health care benefits shall be determined solely by the Board of Trustees and as permitted under Article 18. The Trust shall determine the appropriate level of contribution, if any, by eligible home care workers.
