Eligibility to Serve as a Board Member. To be eligible to be appointed as a Board Member the candidate must be currently serving on the CAB District Board that he or she is being appointed to represent. Each CAB District shall provide the CAB written notice evidencing the appointment of its appointed Board Member, including contact information and a disclosure of potential conflicts of interest, if any.
