Eligible Bidders i) The Invitation to Bids is open to all Service Providers i.e. association of firms/companies/sole proprietor/ JVs, registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments/Authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax etc.) [as specified in Section-IV Bid Data Sheet (BDS)], except as provided hereinafter. ii) Bidders should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Procuring Agency to provide consultancy services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the services to be purchased under this Invitation to Bids. iii) Government-owned enterprises may participate only if they are duly/legally authorized in this regard by the respective/relevant competent forum/authority. iv) Bidders shall not be under a declaration of blacklisting by the Procuring Agency.

Related to Eligible Bidders i) The Invitation

  • Eligible Bidders 3.1 This Invitation for Bids is open to all bidders from the eligible countries as defined under the IBRD Guidelines for Procurement. Any materials, equipment, and services to be used in the performance of the Contract shall have their origin in the eligible source countries.

  • E-Bidders intending to authorize any person to execute the Memorandum/Contract of Sale upon successful bidding of the property shall do so by furnishing the following documents to the Auctioneer:

  • ELIGIBILITY OF E-BIDDERS 1.1. Parties who are interested to participate in public auction (“E-Bidders”) may do so by logging on to EHSAN AUCTIONEERS SDN. BHD. Website and register as a member.

  • National Competitive Bidding Goods estimated to cost less than $250,000 equivalent per contract and works estimated to cost less than $500,000 equivalent per contract, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of National Competitive Bidding.

  • Competitive Bidding 3.5.2.1 Bidding Documents shall consist of bidding requirements and proposed Contract Documents.

  • International Competitive Bidding Except as otherwise provided in paragraph 2 below, goods and works shall be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of International Competitive Bidding.

  • Eligible Purchasers This Master Contract may be utilized by any of the following types of entities (“Purchaser”):

  • Bidder One who submits a response to this Invitation to Bid (ITB).

  • Quote Review Each Quote received from the Contractor will be reviewed in detail for appropriateness of quantities and tasks selected. Submittals will be reviewed, as well as the Work duration schedule and list of Subcontractor. The County will evaluate the proposed Work units and may compare them with the independent County estimate of the same tasks to determine the reasonableness of approach, including the nature and number of Work units proposed. The County will determine whether the Contractor’s Quote is acceptable.

  • BIDDERS 4.1 All intending bidders shall be required to verify their identities by producing for inspection by the Auctioneer their identity cards prior to the commencement of the Auction Sale, failing which they shall not be entitled to participate in the bidding.
