Distribution Channels Clause Samples

The Distribution Channels clause defines the permitted methods and avenues through which a party may sell, market, or distribute products or services under the agreement. It typically specifies whether sales can occur through direct channels, third-party resellers, online platforms, or physical retail locations, and may restrict or allow certain types of distribution to protect brand integrity or market strategy. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of where and how products can be made available, thereby preventing unauthorized sales and maintaining control over the distribution process.
