Common use of Eligible Countries Clause in Contracts

Eligible Countries. Applicants from the following countries are eligible to receive funding through this Open Call: • Member States (MS) of the European Union (EU), including their overseas departments; • The H2020 Associated Countries UK entities remain eligible for grants and procurement procedures as if the UK was a member state for the entirety of the Horizon 2020 framework programme, being this is also applicable to financial support to third parties according to Article 204 FR (cascading grants).
