Eligible Reemployed Participants Sample Clauses

Eligible Reemployed Participants. For purposes of this Subsection 8.5(a), “Eligible Reemployed Participant” shall mean a terminated Participant who was partially vested in his or her Accounts (including any Prior Plan Accounts that were transferred to this Plan) and who is reemployed before he or she incurs five (5) consecutive one-year Breaks in Service. Each Eligible Reemployed Participant shall be entitled to repay to the Trust the benefits he or she received, in the manner and within the time hereinafter specified, and to have the forfeited portion of his or her Accounts restored.
