ELIGIBLE WORKERS. The County shall ensure that all employees complete the I- 9 form to certify that they are eligible for lawful employment under the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 USC 1324a). The County shall comply with regulations regarding certification and retention of the completed forms. These requirements also apply to any contract awarded under this agreement.
