OFFSET XXXXX Xxxxxx agrees to protect the leased land from drainage by offset xxxxx located on adjoining lands not owned by Lessor, when such drainage is not compensated for by counter- drainage. It shall be presumed that the production of oil and gas from offset xxxxx results in drainage from the leased land, unless Xxxxxx demonstrates to Lessor's satisfaction, by engineering, geological, or other data, that production from such offset well does not result in such drainage, or that the drilling of a well or xxxxx on the leased land would not accomplish the purposes of protecting the deposits under the leased land. Lessor's decision as to the existence of such drainage shall be final, and Xxxxxx shall comply with Xxxxxx's order thereon or surrender this lease as to any such undeveloped acreage as designated by Lessor.

Follow-up Testing An employee shall submit to unscheduled follow-up drug and/or alcohol testing if, within the previous 24-month period, the employee voluntarily disclosed drug or alcohol problems, entered into or completed a rehabilitation program for drug or alcohol abuse, failed or refused a preappointment drug test, or was disciplined for violating the provisions of this Agreement and Employer work rules. The Employer may require an employee who is subject to follow-up testing to submit to no more than six unscheduled drug or alcohol tests within any 12 month period.

Xxxx XXX-to-Xxxx XXX Rollovers Assets distributed from your Xxxx XXX may be rolled over to the same Xxxx XXX or another Xxxx XXX of yours if the requirements of IRC Sec. 408(d)(3) are met. A proper Xxxx XXX-to-Xxxx XXX rollover is completed if all or part of the distribution is rolled over not later than 60 days after the distribution is received. In the case of a distribution for a first-time homebuyer where there was a delay or cancellation of the purchase, the 60- day rollover period may be extended to 120 days. Measurement method An isolation resistance test instrument is connected between the live parts and the electrical chassis. The isolation resistance is subsequently measured by applying a DC voltage at least half of the working voltage of the high voltage bus. If the system has several voltage ranges (e.g. because of boost converter) in conductively connected circuit and some of the components cannot withstand the working voltage of the entire circuit, the isolation resistance between those components and the electrical chassis can be measured separately by applying at least half of their own working voltage with those components disconnected.
Denial/Restoral OSS Charge In the event <<customer_name>> provides a list of customers to be denied and restored, rather than an LSR, each location on the list will require a separate PON and, therefore will be billed as one LSR per location. Cancellation OSS Charge <<customer_name>> will incur an OSS charge for an accepted LSR that is later canceled by <<customer_name>>. Note: Supplements or clarifications to a previously billed LSR will not incur another OSS charge.
