Email Notices. Email forms an integral part of the Online Services. You agree that ClarityEnglish may notify you of updates to the Online Services and changes to these terms and conditions or provide any other information or notices pertaining to the Online Services to you by email to the address(es) provided by you in the course of ordering the Online Services or in the course of creating login accounts.
Email Notices. On the Solicitation’s Published date, email notices regarding this Solicitation were issued to all vendors registered in Austin Finance Online, that had previously selected the NIGP Codes displayed in the Solicitation Cover Sheet section. All subsequent email notices regarding this Solicitation will be limited to those vendors or other persons that subscribe to this Solicitation in Austin Finance Online.
Email Notices. Email notice shall suffice as alternative written notice under provisions of this Agreement calling for written notice, provided that receipt of the email is confirmed.
Email Notices. Except for the service of legal documents required to be delivered in physical form, the parties agree to use email to satisfy required or permitted written approvals, notices, and consents under this Agreement. Scoir will provide all notices to Customer by sending an email to Customer’s identified account administrator. Customer shall provide all notices to Scoir by sending an email to xxxxx-xxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx. Each notice will be treated as received when the email is sent.
Email Notices. (a) Any Notice given or made under this Agreement may also be sent by email if the Notice is sent to the email address last notified by the intended recipient to the sender and the sender keeps an electronic or printed copy of the Notice sent.
(b) A Notice sent by email will be deemed to have been given on the first to occur of:
(i) receipt by the sender of an email acknowledgement from the recipient’s information system showing that the Notice has been delivered to the email address stated above;
(ii) the time that the Notice enters an information system which is under the control of the recipient; or
(iii) the time that the Notice is first opened or read by an employee or officer of the recipient.
Email Notices. (a) Despite any other provision of the Contract but subject to clause 32.1(a)(ii) and this clause 32.2, the Purchaser and the Supplier agree that notices under the Contract may be sent by electronic mail.
(b) The party sending the notice must keep a contemporaneous printed record of any notice sent by it by electronic mail.
Email Notices. (a) Subject to the provisions of Section 18.02(b), except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, any Notice permitted or required to be made pursuant to Article 3, Article 5, Article 6 or Article 8 may be given in the form of an Email Notice; provided, that if any materials, documents or other information are intended, or required, to be given with such Notice or otherwise made available to PE Member or Developer, as applicable, such materials or other information shall be attached to such Email Notice or posted on the Project Data Site (in which event PE Member shall be notified of the availability of such materials documents or other information by Email Notice).
(b) With respect to any Notices that are expressly permitted or required in this Agreement to be given in the form of an Email Notice, such Notices shall be delivered by email addressed to the parties at the email addresses set forth in the List of Authorized Representatives and Notice Addresses, or such other email address or addresses as may be supplied by written Notice given in conformity with the terms of Section 18.01. All such notices shall, in the subject line, include the following language: “Notice pursuant to the PE Tower A Development Agreement.” All such Notices shall be deemed delivered upon sending to the individuals for PE Member or Developer, as applicable, listed on the List of Authorized Representatives and Notice Addresses on the date such email is delivered if delivered by 5:00 pm New York time and, if delivered after 5:00 pm New York time, on the next Business Day, provided, that (x) the Notice is not returned to the sender as undeliverable (in which event the returned message shall not count toward the required individuals), and (y) to the extent the Email Notice requires, or is intended to advise of, the posting of certain information, documents or other materials to the Project Data Site, such notice shall not be deemed delivered until the Project Data Site is accessible by PE Member and its designees and the required materials are posted thereon and available to PE Member and its designees and from and after the giving of Email Notice. Any Email Notice that advises of the posting of information on the Project Data Site shall include a link to such information, or shall otherwise indicate that such information will be so posted. Email Notices. (a) The Parties agree that notices may be sent by electronic mail to the Parties’ email addresses stated in this Agreement (or such changed email address as last communicated in writing by the relevant Party).
(b) The Party sending the notice must keep electronic record of any notice sent by it by electronic mail.
(c) Each Party agrees that notices given under Xxxxxx 12 (Default and Termination) may only be given by hand, by post in accordance with Clause 14.1 (Requirements) and Clause 14.4 (Deemed delivery).
(d) Each Party must immediately notify the other if it discontinues the use of, or changes, its respective email address, or if it is unable to access its email address for a period longer than one week.
(e) Each Party must ensure that it is able to receive notices to its email address, including by ensuring that sufficient storage capacity is available at all times.
(f) A notice sent by electronic mail under this Agreement will be deemed to be a notice in writing signed by the person identified as the sender of the electronic mail.
Email Notices. Any Notice other than a Legal Notice may be sent by electronic mail to the email address specified in the Purchase Order (or other address notified by the Parties from time to time).
Email Notices. Customer agrees that MetaSource may provide any and all notices, statements, and other communications to Customer through either e-mail at the email address provided as part of the Registration Data or by mail or express delivery service.
