Common use of EMERGENCIES AND NATURAL DISASTERS Clause in Contracts

EMERGENCIES AND NATURAL DISASTERS. (1) We may be required to use all or part of the Facility during emergencies or natural disasters, including providing and coordinating support to those affected by bushfire or heatwaves. You may not be able to access or use all or part of the Facility during these periods. (2) We will use reasonable endeavors to provide you with notice of any Emergency Period in accordance with clause 24.5.
