Emergency Access. In the event of any emergency, as determined by City, City may, at its sole option and without notice, enter the Premises and alter or remove Xxxxxx's Personal Property on or about the Premises. City shall have the right to use any and all means City considers appropriate to gain access to any portion of the Premises in an emergency. In such case, City shall not be responsible for any damage or injury to any such property, nor for the replacement of any such property and any such emergency entry shall not be deemed to be a forcible or unlawful entry onto or a detainer of, the Premises, or an eviction, actual or constructive, of Tenant from the Premises or any portion thereof.
