Common use of Emergency Access Clause in Contracts

Emergency Access. The Tenant must give the Landlord (or persons acting on the Landlord’s behalf) immediate access to the Property in the event of an emergency at the Property. In the event of an emergency, should notice to the Tenant not be possible or access not expressly given, the Landlord or Agent is entitled to enter the Property using their set of management keys without needing to comply with the remainder of section B6 of this agreement.
