Emergency Additions. In the event that the funds are withdrawn pursuant to Section 12.4 of this Agreement, or if the Security Account is insufficient to allow payment of a CAISO invoice, NCPA shall notify Customer and then prepare and send a special or emergency assessment to Customer. Customer shall pay to NCPA such assessment when and if assessed by NCPA within two (2) Business Days of the invoice date of the assessment or consent to and direct NCPA to draw on any existing letter of credit Customer has established for such purposes.
