Common use of Emergency Call‐in on Sundays and Holidays Clause in Contracts

Emergency Call‐in on Sundays and Holidays. Emergency call‐in time on Sundays and holidays will be paid at double (2X) the Employee's regular hourly rate, with a two (2) hour minimum. Emergency call‐in is defined as time working within the Employee's regular classification. This clause does not pertain to scheduled overtime.
