Common use of Emergency Contact Information Clause in Contracts

Emergency Contact Information. All students must provide emergency contact information to the University and are responsible for keeping this information current and accurate. If a student is under the age of 18, the institution will notify the parent or guardian when they are reported missing, in addition to the student’s designee. The contact information provided by the student will only be accessible to authorized campus officials or disclosed as required by applicable law. Local law enforcement agencies will be notified of a missing student.
