Emergency Inspections Clause Samples

The Emergency Inspections clause grants a party, typically the landlord or property manager, the right to enter the premises without prior notice in urgent situations that threaten safety or property integrity. This clause applies in cases such as fire, flooding, gas leaks, or other emergencies where immediate access is necessary to prevent harm or mitigate damage. Its core function is to ensure that critical issues can be addressed promptly, protecting both the property and its occupants by allowing swift intervention when time is of the essence.
Emergency Inspections. Compensatory time with a minimum claim of two (2) hours shall only be assigned to custodians on a straight-time basis for emergency situations involving an inspection of the operational (electrical, heating and water) and physical (windows, doors, furnishings) facilities of the school plant. Emergency situations are defined as: i) Inspection of school buildings on weekends; i) Extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, flood); ii) Fire or fire-threats;

Assignments for the above purpose are of a precautionary nature only. If, during the course of an inspection, an employee finds that normal work has to be performed he shall be paid at the prevailing overtime rates. (See section 4 of "Hours of Work").
Emergency Inspections. In the event a health and safety issue is suspected, MHC will enter the unit to determine if a health and safety condition exists, to make necessary repairs, or allow contractors entry to protect MHC property and tenant’s well-being.
Emergency Inspections. (a) Conduct EMI arising from landslides or serious incidents for a total of 150 cases within the Territory as instructed by the Director’s Representative within 52 months from 1 April 2013.
