Recovery of Sick Pay – Insurance Settlements. When an employee who has received sick pay from the Board while recovering from an accident is later paid for such time as part of a settlement, those monies shall be repaid to the Board to reinstate the employee’s sick bank.

Recovery of Sick Pay – Insurance Settlements. An employee, who has used up any portion of sick leave entitlement because of a non-compensable sickness or accident, may choose to have all or part of the sick leave entitlement restored upon payment to the Board when and if the employee receives a settlement from a third party.

  • Fire Insurance The LESSEE shall not permit any use of the leased premises which will make voidable any insurance on the property of which the leased premises are a part, or on the contents of said property or which shall be contrary to any law or regulation from time to time established by the New England Fire Insurance Rating Association, or any similar body succeeding to its powers.
