EMERGENCY REMOVAL OF EQUIPMENT. (a) If, at any time, in case of fire or other disaster in the Township, it shall be necessary, in the reasonable judgment of the Township or its agent, to cut or move any of the wires, cable or equipment of the Cable System, the Township shall have the right to do so without cost or liability, provided that, wherever possible, the Township shall give Comcast notice and the ability to relocate wires, cable or other equipment.
(b) In cutting or moving any of the wires, cable or equipment of the Cable System in the event of fire or other disaster, the Township shall treat Comcast the same as, and require no more of Comcast than, any other similarly situated entity.

The County shall use reasonable efforts to minimize the impact on Comcast’s facilities related to any Emergency removal.
(b) In cutting or moving any of the wires, cable or equipment of the Cable System in the event of fire or other disaster, the County shall treat Comcast the same as, and require no more of Comcast than, any other similarly situated entity.

(b) In cutting or moving any of the wires, cable or equipment of the Cable System in the event of fire or other disaster, the Borough shall treat Comcast the same as, and require no more of Comcast than, any other similarly situated entity.

Charter shall have the right to seek reimbursement under any applicable insurance or government program for reimbursement.
EMERGENCY REMOVAL OF EQUIPMENT. If, at any time, in case of fire or other disaster in the Township, it shall be necessary, in the reasonable judgment of the Township or its agent, to cut or move any of the wires, cable or equipment of the Cable System, the Township shall have the right to do so without cost or liability, provided that, wherever possible, the Township shall give Time Warner Cable notice and the ability to relocate wires, cable or other equipment.
EMERGENCY REMOVAL OF EQUIPMENT. (a) If, at any time, in case of fire or other disaster in the Town, it shall be necessary, in the reasonable judgement of the Town or its agent, to cut or move any of the wires, cable or equipment of the Cable System, the Town shall have the right to do so without cost or liability, provided that, wherever possible, the Town shall give Mediacom notice and the ability to relocate wires, cable or other equipment.
(b) In cutting or moving any of the wires, cable or equipment of the Cable System in the Event of fire or other disaster, the Town shall treat Mediacom the same as, and require no more of Mediacom than, any other similarly situated entity.

(a) If, at any time, in case of fire or other disaster in the Township, it shall be necessary, in the reasonable judgment of the Township or its agent, to cut or move any of the wires, cable or equipment of the Cable System, the Township shall have the right to do so without cost or liability, provided that, wherever possible, the Township shall give Grantee notice and the ability to relocate wires, cable or other equipment.
(b) In cutting or moving any of the wires, cable or equipment of the Cable System in the event of fire or other disaster, the Township shall treat Grantee the same as, and require no more of Grantee than, any other similarly situated entity.

(a) If, at any time, in case of fire or other disaster in the City, it shall be necessary, in the reasonable judgment of the City or its agent, to cut or move any of the wires, cable or equipment of the Cable System, the City shall have the right to do so without cost or liability, provided that, wherever possible, the City shall give Comcast notice and the ability to relocate wires, cable or other equipment.
(b) In requiring Comcast to protect, support, temporarily disconnect, relocate or remove any portion of its property, the City shall treat Comcast the same as, and require no more of Comcast than, any similarly situated entity.
