Common use of Emergency Removal Clause in Contracts

Emergency Removal. “We” pay for direct physical loss to covered property that is moved from a premises to prevent a loss from Perils Insured Against. The property is covered for up to 30 days, however this coverage does not extend past the date on which this policy expires. This coverage does not increase the “limits” that apply to the property being removed. The Exclusions That Apply To Property Coverages do not apply to such property while removed.
