Common use of EMERGENCY REPOSSESSION Clause in Contracts

EMERGENCY REPOSSESSION. The University reserves the right to repossess student rooms and residence hall facilities in the event of an epidemic or other emergency as defined by the University. 1. Rules and Regulations: the policies of Oaks on the Square are designed to protect its residents and guests. Failure to comply with rules and regulations is considered a contract violation and will be referred to the student conduct system. 2. The occupancy period in the Oaks is from August 2024 to July 2025. Residents will be billed accordingly for thisoccupancy period, in alignment with typical university billing periods throughout the calendar year. 3.
