Emergency Resources. The Developer will pay any expense incurred by local fire and rescue personnel in the event that a fire or similar event occurs at the Solar Facility.
Emergency Resources. The Applicant will promptly reimburse the County for its reasonable expenses directly incurred by local fire and rescue in response to an emergency at the Solar Facility. For the avoidance of doubt, administrative expenses, including without limitation salary, maintenance and equipment costs, shall not be included in reimbursable expenses invoiced to the Applicant.
