EMF ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT. The EMF shall be exclusively utilized to cover all costs attendant to the operation of the MMT and disbursed in accordance with the guidelines stipulated in the approved MOO. The EMF shall be managed and administered by [duly elected/appointed fund manager-MMT member organization who has an acceptable and operational financial accounting system] in accordance with the MMT MOO and annual work and financial plan. A separate bank account of the EMF shall be established. EMB and/or the proponent may also commission a separate audit at its own discretion.
