Common use of Empanelment Clause in Contracts

Empanelment. The hospital shall have to apply for empanelment of all the specialties available with it which meet prescribed standards at the time of application. In case, the hospital acquires any additional specialities which also meet prescribed standards, after the empanelment, the hospital shall empanel only those additional specialities, within 04 (four) months from the date of such acquiring. Further, if it is found at any point of time that the hospital is not entertaining and or discouraging admission to any beneficiary under any scheme of the Dr.NTR Vaidya Seva Trust for treatment in the empanelled specialties, the total empanelment of the hospital shall be liable to be terminated; and necessary penal action shall follow as per law, against such hospital.
