The 'Employ Advisors' clause establishes the right or obligation for a party to engage professional advisors, such as legal, financial, or technical experts, in connection with the agreement. Employ Advisors. Employ or retain Advisors for the purposes of fulfilling the Trustee's duties and obligations and exercising its powers in respect of the Trust, and as part of its reimbursable expenses under this Agreement, pay their reasonable fees and expenses.
