EMPLOYEE AND ASSOCIATION RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES. A. The Association and its representatives shall have the right to use the school buildings at all reasonable times for meetings provided that approval has been secured in the manner prescribed by the Board for all other use of such facilities. Approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
