Common use of Employee Assistance Fund Clause in Contracts

Employee Assistance Fund. 30.01 Effective September 1, 2022 the University agrees to pay $22,500 on an annual basis into an Employee Assistance Fund, with eligibility guidelines to be determined by a Joint Union Management Committee. Any unused funds will be carried over and added to the next year’s fund. The Union shall administer the Fund and shall report to the Employer at the conclusion of each year as to how the funds were distributed. The following items shall be covered by the Fund:
