Common use of Employee Communications Clause in Contracts

Public Company and Merger Partner will use reasonable best efforts to consult with each other, and will consider in good faith each other’s advice, prior to sending any notices or other communication materials to its employees regarding this Agreement, the Merger or the effects thereof on the employment, compensation or benefits of its employees.
