Eligible participants will be allowed to vote between either a plan reduction or participant contribution increases to maintain the plan and achieve the net reserves. Trustees will agree to implement the resulting changes. Add: Life insurance ($5,000) and Accidental Death and Dismemberment benefit ($1,000) for all part-time employees who do not currently receive this benefit. Employer will contribute $1.25 per month for those part- time employees with one year of completed service and in classifications for whom no Health & Welfare payment is currently made, effective January 1, 2020. (Note that employees who receive Health and Welfare benefits already have this benefit).
