Employee Contributions. Every employee covered by the Pension Plan shall contribute three and a half percent (3.5%) in Alberta and Manitoba / Saskatchewan and three percent (3%) in all other agreements of his/her earnings as defined in the Collective Agreement, to be deducted from the first pay cheque of each fiscal month.
