Common use of Employee Discounts Clause in Contracts

Employee Discounts. All employees shall be granted price discounts as follows: (1) Ten percent (10%) discount on Dry Goods and Hardware on "in stock" items. (2) Special order" merchandise (i.e.: major appliances, T.V.) to be handled at cost plus fifteen percent (15%) to Co-operative members. (3) It is understood that this discount policy does not apply to "food store" purchases. Discount purchases for part-time employees shall be restricted to an amount equal to the annual salary earned by that part-time employee.
