EMPLOYEE ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION. An employee who reaches maximum medical improvement according to all approved treating physicians or statutory maximum medical improvement (MMI), whichever comes first, but who is unable to fill the physical requirements of his/her position, may be eligible for the program.
