Employee/Employer Notification. Employees on the Re-employment List shall file their address in writing with the District’s Human Resources Office and shall thereafter promptly advise the District in writing of any change. An employee shall forfeit rights to employment as provided in Section 11.2 if the employee does not comply with the requirements of this section, or if the employee does not respond to the offer of re-employment within seven (7) days after mailing of a written notice, or email by the District to the employee, or three (3) working days after receiving oral notice, whichever event first occurs.
