Common use of Employee Gifts Clause in Contracts

Employee Gifts. The Provider agrees that it will not offer to give or give any gift to any Department employee during the service performance period of this Contract and for a period of two years thereafter. In addition to any other remedies available to the Department, any violation of this provision will result in referral of the Provider's name and description of the violation of this term to the Department of Management Services for the potential inclusion of the Provider's name on the suspended vendors list for an appropriate period. The Provider will ensure that its subcontractors, if any, comply with these provisions.
