Employee Interview During Investigation. When the employee is interviewed later as part of the District’s investigation, the employee will be informed in specific terms of the initial complaint, concern, or allegation that gave rise to the investigation and in specific terms of any additional complaint, concern, or allegation that was made during the course of the District’s investigation. Also at this time, the employee will be provided a copy of any written statement originating from any party who had made a complaint, concern, or allegation against the employee.
