EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE (EMAC). 43.01 (a) There shall be an Employee-Management Advisory Committee (EMAC). The desired functions of the EMAC are to examine and make recommendations regarding the concerns of Employees relative to patient care and other matters related to employment, not covered within the Collective Agreement.
