EMPLOYEE NOTICE TO EMPLOYER. Employees shall notify their supervisor within seventy-two (72) hours or the next working day, whichever occurs sooner, of any changes in his address or telephone number. The supervisor will inform the City Manager's office in writing immediately of any such transaction in order to update the central personnel records.
