Common use of Employee Records Clause in Contracts

Employee Records. At the time of initial employment, each employee shall file with the district prior to the first day of employment a complete application form. All applicants must submit a police record check, fingerprint record check and DFS record check with their application prior to employment. The superintendent or designee shall establish procedures and forms for all applicants to secure the proper information so that they will be in compliance with this policy. For the benefit and use of the district and the employees, each employee is required to maintain a complete up-to-date personnel file in the Human Resources office. The personnel file shall consist of the following:
