Common use of Employee Records Clause in Contracts

Employee Records. The School shall be responsible for establishing and maintaining personnel records for its employees in compliance with federal and state laws, concerning the maintenance, retention and disclosure of employee records, including, without limitation, the requirements of the Colorado Open Records Law, Section 00-00-000, and following, Colorado Revised Statutes. The School shall provide to the District the employee identification data necessary for the payroll process and state reporting.
